  1. 1"Choose a PDF" से फ़ाइल चुनें। कुल पन्नों की संख्या दिखेगी।

How to use this tool

Worked example

A 12-page bank statement PDF, but the loan application needs only pages 1, 2 and the last page.

Writing page ranges

Page numbers start at 1, as shown in any PDF reader.

  • 5 means page 5 only
  • 2-4 means pages 2, 3 and 4
  • 8- means page 8 to the last page; -3 means the first three pages
  • Combine them with commas, such as 1, 3-5, 9-
  • When extracting, pages are kept in the order you type them, so 3, 1 puts page 3 first

Extract, delete or split?

Extract is best when you need a few pages from a long document, such as one month from a bank statement. Delete is best when you want almost everything except a blank or private page. Split every page gives you one file per page, useful when a portal wants each document uploaded separately.

Things to keep in mind

  • Your PDF is processed in your browser and never uploaded to CALQEVA.
  • Password-protected PDFs need the password removed first.

Frequently asked questions

How do I remove one page from a PDF?

Choose Delete pages, type the page number, such as 4, and download. The new PDF has every page except page 4.

Can I rearrange pages with this tool?

Yes. Choose Extract pages and type every page in the order you want, such as 3, 1, 2, 4-. The result contains the pages in exactly that order.

Does splitting reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied without re-compression, so they look exactly the same as in the original.
