Merge PDF
Combine two or more PDFs into a single file, in the order you choose. Handy for joining a resume with certificates, putting scanned pages back together or sending one attachment instead of five. Files are merged in your browser and never uploaded.

Why merge in the browser
Most online PDF tools upload your files to their servers to process them. For bank statements, ID proofs, offer letters and medical reports, that is a real privacy risk. Here the merging is done by your own browser, so the documents never leave your phone or computer.
Pages are copied exactly as they are. Text stays selectable, links keep working and nothing is re-compressed, so the quality is the same as the originals.
Common uses
Merging is useful whenever a form or email allows only one file:
- Job applications: resume, cover letter and certificates in one PDF
- Visa, loan and KYC applications that ask for a single document
- Joining scanned pages that were saved as separate files
- Combining monthly bills or statements for records or tax filing
Things to keep in mind
- Files are processed in your browser and never uploaded to CALQEVA.
- Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged until the password is removed.
- Very large batches (over about 200 MB in total) are better merged in smaller groups.
Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to merge PDFs here?
Yes. Your files are merged by your own browser and are not uploaded to any server, so private documents stay on your device. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads.
Is there a limit on files or pages?
There is no fixed limit and no daily cap. The practical limit is your device's memory; most phones handle dozens of ordinary PDFs comfortably.
Will the merged PDF lose quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, without re-compression, so text, images and links look exactly the same as in the original files.
